Wipotec builds in-motion checkweighers and combines them with serialization and tamper-evidence in a single module. Its TQS units weigh, code, and seal cartons in one footprint, and the aggregation chain runs from individual pack through bundle and shipper to pallet, covering DSCSA and Falsified Medicines Directive requirements.

Combining those functions in one module saves line length and keeps the weight check and the serial number assignment on the same pack event, so an underweight carton is rejected before it enters the aggregation record rather than after.

The wider product range covers metal detectors, X-ray scanners with multiple sensor technologies, optical inspection, marking systems, automatic labeling machines, and the weigh cells the rest of the equipment is built on. Wipotec manufactures in Kaiserslautern with roughly 85% vertical integration, bundling research, hardware and software development, design, and production in a single 48,000 square meter site.
