BellatRx designs and builds complete packaging lines for rigid containers from Quebec: filling, capping, counting, labeling, and inspection, integrated end to end. The company started in pharmaceutical primary packaging, and its designs still center on cGMP compliance and toolless changeover for fast cleaning between products.

Its liquid fillers are servo-driven and configurable with piston, pump, or flow meter heads for viscous and non-viscous products, and several are sold as monoblocs that combine steps in one frame: the Aquarius fills, plugs, caps, and torques, and the Constellation adds vial weighing with robotic pick and place.

The capping range handles threaded, press-on, crimped, and pump caps with torque control, from large containers to high-speed lines. Around those sit labelers, bottle unscramblers, banding and sleeving machines, conveyors, and accumulation and recovery systems. The Gemini gummy counting machine extends the same vision-based counting approach to nutraceutical production.
