Natoli Encapsulation

Natoli's encapsulation line supplies change and spare parts for most major capsule filling machines: dosing disks, magazine assemblies, wiper blocks, segments, and pins fitting ACG, Bosch, Sejong, and other brands. Parts ship in organized change kits, and the company custom-makes hard-to-find items to specification.

Capsylon and Bohanan machines are covered as well, and parts are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM functionality and service life rather than simply to fit. A sample parts program will reverse-engineer a part that is not in the catalog, producing the first unit at a reduced rate, and several hundred custom parts a year are made to customer specification.

Natoli also manufactures universal alignment pins and bores for segments, which turns segment alignment from a manual setup task into a repeatable operation and allows slightly worn segments to keep separating and rejoining capsules reliably.
