Federal Equipment Company has dealt in used pharmaceutical and process equipment from Cleveland, Ohio for decades, holding 5,000–6,000 items in stock at any time and running auctions continuously. The inventory spans the solid dosage and aseptic processing equipment that appears throughout this archive: tablet presses, encapsulators, granulators, mills, blenders, coating pans, fillers, and packaging machinery, much of it on the floor in Cleveland, so a buyer can inspect a machine before committing. Federal also sells through consignment, private treaty, and auction, and handles equipment still standing in a customer's plant.

Investment recovery covers the other direction, valuing and clearing equipment when a plant closes or a line is retired. Techceuticals runs hands-on training in solid dosage manufacturing, and PharmParts supplies change parts and spares for machines the original builder no longer supports.
