MG America

MG America supplies European-built processing, packaging, inspection, and material handling equipment to pharmaceutical, nutritional, OTC, and medical device manufacturers across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. A subsidiary of MG2 in Bologna since 1987, its Fairfield, New Jersey site runs a clean room for capsule-filling trials and a technology showroom for demonstrations and training.

Capsule filling is the core of the range, reflecting MG2's own specialization, but the catalog extends well past it: aseptic equipment, solid dosage processing, liquid filling and capping, check weighing and vision inspection, labeling, primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and robotic assembly.

MG America runs trials on a customer's own formulation before purchase, holds machines in stock for quick delivery, and supports the installed base with field service and spare parts.
