Elizabeth has made tablet compression tooling since 1954 from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, including multi-tip and carbide-lined punches and dies. It also supplies rotary tablet presses as the exclusive North American distributor and manufacturer for HATA.
The tooling range covers standard TSM and EU punches and dies engineered for extended life, along with OEM turrets, cams, and wear parts, and the polishing, inspection, and maintenance kits that keep tooling in specification between runs.
Around the products sits a service business: field service for on-site troubleshooting, installation, and calibration; rebuilds that restore legacy presses to OEM specification with modern controls; and training seminars on tooling care, press operation, and defect resolution. Elizabeth works well beyond pharmaceutical tablets, supplying nutraceutical, food and confectionery, personal care, and industrial compaction, including everything from mints and bouillon to bath bombs, battery components, catalysts, and fertilizer.
