Techceuticals runs hands-on solid dosage manufacturing training from its lab in Cleveland, Ohio, using live production equipment rather than slides. Its two-day courses cover tablet compression, encapsulation, granulation, and film coating, capped at 24 people, and it delivers customized programs on site. A Virtual Pharma Expo co-presenter.
Courses are vendor-neutral and often OEM-led, with instructors drawn from the equipment builders themselves, so attendees see several manufacturers' approaches to the same operation rather than one supplier's. Beyond training, Techceuticals offers formulation and process assistance, consulting, and rental of its laboratory and equipment, which gives a company without pilot-scale capacity somewhere to run trials.
Techceuticals describes its focus as building quality into the process rather than inspecting for it afterward. Recent programs have included granulation technologies, encapsulation technologies, and a workshop on optimizing granulation and tablet production through live demonstration.
