Tulip Interfaces

Tulip is a no-code frontline operations platform founded in 2014 as an MIT spinout, used to replace paper on the shop floor: work instructions, production tracking, equipment monitoring, electronic batch records, and traceability. It is built to be GxP-ready, with electronic records and signatures aligned to FDA requirements.

In pharmaceutical use the pitch is audit readiness by construction: batch records are produced electronically and searchably as work happens, SOPs are enforced step by step rather than referenced, data capture is automatic, and out-of-range entries are flagged when they are entered rather than found at review.

Guided weigh and dispense is a common first application, where each step runs in sequence with enforced checks and electronic signatures. Review by exception then narrows quality review to the deviations rather than the whole record. A separate equipment layer tracks usage, cleaning, calibration, and maintenance, and restricts operation to trained staff.
