ILC Dover

ILC Dover has engineered flexible containment since 1947, from Frederica, Delaware: single-use powder and liquid handling systems for the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and medical device markets. Single-use construction avoids the cleaning and cleaning-validation burden that fixed stainless equipment carries.

Its biopharmaceutical range supports upstream and downstream processing with flexible aseptic systems, and its pharmaceutical range covers modular single-use solutions for sterile and aseptic processing. A separate bulk packaging business supplies liners and dispensing systems for liquid and dry products, from bulk liquid and dry liners through paper and rigid intermediate bulk containers, which is how powder moves between sites and process steps without a rigid vessel.

The company also makes personal protective equipment against airborne pathogens, infectious disease, and active pharmaceutical ingredients, drawing on the same flexible materials engineering.
