Particle Measuring Systems

Particle Measuring Systems has built micro-contamination monitoring equipment since 1972: airborne, portable, and liquid particle counters, plus the software and validation around them. Its instruments cover cleanroom classification and continuous monitoring against ISO 14644, USP, and GMP requirements.

The product range is organized by where the measurement is taken rather than by industry: remote sensors for permanently installed monitoring, portable and mobile units for classification and investigation, microbial samplers for viable counts, and dedicated instruments for water, chemicals, and injectable products, including point-of-use and manifold configurations for isolators and other controlled systems.

In life science work the particle count supports a sterility assurance strategy, so the company supplies validation and data handling alongside the instruments. The company also supplies semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing, advanced battery production, photonics, cosmetics, food and beverage, and aerospace.
