Germfree designs and builds mobile and modular cGMP cleanrooms, delivered as free-standing facilities that need no shell building. Its biopharma work covers cell and gene therapy, viral vector, mRNA, monoclonal antibody, and sterile fill-finish production; mobile units suit rapid deployment or surge capacity.

Modular facilities are assembled on site as permanent capacity, while mobile units arrive as complete trailers and can be moved, which is what makes them useful for outbreak response, clinical trial supply or bridging capacity during a build.

Alongside facilities, Germfree manufactures the equipment that goes inside them: biosafety cabinets in Classes 2 and 3, compounding aseptic containment isolators, pharmaceutical isolators, laminar flow hoods, powder weigh hoods, and the Smarthood IV compounding workspace. Its Arcoplast wall and ceiling systems are sold separately as well. The company reports 64 years of operation and more than 1,000 projects delivered, and also serves hospital compounding and biocontainment laboratories.
